In a cohort study of adult smokers (≥18 years) from Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Spain, 61.8 % of respondents in 2018 perceived e-cigarettes to be equally or more harmful than cigarettes. Comment: About 60% of Europeans felt e-cigarettes harmful both in 2016 and 2018.
