Comment: Tobacco use is one of the five main NCD risk factors, and this guide highlights the seriousness of tobacco use and what can be done to address it on pages 38-43. Secondly, low, and middle-income countries in Asia are increasingly impacted by NCDs and need civil society means to address these already predominant health challenges.
