Removing Epidemics is Cost Effective

This is a false choice. Countries that contained COVID-19 by acting quickly based on science are experiencing less economic damage. Comment: Countries that phase out tobacco use reducing illness and death would have similar economic benefits as numerous economic studies show. Stephen Hamann
